On Sept. 20, 1903, the parish of St. Anthony of Padua, Atlanta, was dedicated. The present sanctuary came 21 years later in 1924. Here’s a video showing a little of who we are today.
Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory has a new auxiliary bishop to help serve the people of the archdiocese. Bishop-designate Bernard “Ned” Shlesinger will work along side Archbishop Gregory and Aux. Bishop Luis R. Zarama. He was named on on Monday, May 17.
